General information
SVOM/ECLAIRs triggered on the long faint X-ray transient sb26021801 at 2026-02-18T05:15:18 UTC and localized it to RA=194.8408 deg, Dec=27.9434 deg with a 90% radius of 9.5 arcmin. The detection was below the slew threshold and extensive optical follow-up reports only non-detections.
Wavelength coverage
- X-ray: Detected by SVOM/ECLAIRs (5–20 keV) via image trigger with SNR=8.29 over 1310.72 s.
- Optical: Multiple non-detections/upper limits from SVOM/VT (VT_B, VT_R), LCO (r, z), SVOM/C-GFT (g, r, i), SVOM/COLIBRÍ (r, z), and LAST (clear).
No observations were mentioned in gamma-ray (other than ECLAIRs bandpass), UV, IR (beyond optical red channels), radio, or TeV.
