General information
IceCube-260425A is a track-like high-energy neutrino candidate detected by IceCube on 2026-04-25 00:07:03.54 UTC and distributed as a Bronze-stream alert with moderate astrophysical probability. Subsequent IceCube and Fermi-LAT analyses report no supporting excesses beyond the initial candidate.
Wavelength coverage
- Neutrinos (IceCube): Track-like alert with refined direction; follow-up searches for additional events on 1000 s and 2-day windows report no significant clustering.
- Gamma-rays (Fermi-LAT, >100 MeV): No significant (>5σ) new transient emission detected; flux upper limits reported for 17-year, 1-month, and 1-day integrations.
No observations were mentioned in X-ray, optical/IR, radio, UV, or TeV bands.
