GRB 260221A was reported by Fermi/GBM as a likely long GRB, triggering at 2026-02-21 16:22:52 UT with a real-time localization near RA=213.3 deg, Dec=51.9 deg (J2000) and a quoted statistical uncertainty of 6.6 deg.
Wavelength coverage
- Gamma-ray: Detected and localized by Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM).
- Optical: MASTER-Net performed prompt imaging of the GBM error region and reported only upper limits (clear/unfiltered C band).
No observations were mentioned in X-ray, UV, IR, radio, or GeV (LAT) bands.
