Fermi GBM reported a trigger on GRB 251231A at 00:25:42 UT on 2025-12-31 and classified it as a likely short GRB. The on-ground localization is RA = 312.1°, Dec = −46.0° (J2000) with a reported statistical uncertainty of 16.4°.
